Liked: They were very accommodating as we had booked a room for one night then decided we needed a second night but was not able to get the same type of room online. We originally were going to have to check out of the first room and wait to check into the new room. We had traveled 13 hours to get there at 2AM and was exhausted. The staff that checked us in was so nice and fixed our room to be the same room and we didn't have to go through all the checking out and back in plus moving rooms. Great location by the Katy Mills mall and plenty of eating.
Disliked: Our hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to get more than Luke warm. The lighting in the room is very dim.

Liked: Great room and staff like always.
Disliked: However the TV was not working, apparently it was a Comcast issue and all tvs were out. Would have been nice for us to know issue when we checked in.

Liked: They day checked in just happened to have a lot of unruly teenagers. Running through the halls yelling and hitting my room door. I had to go to the front desk cause it got out of hand.

Disappointing

Disliked: Loud hallways, dogs barking, kids running late at night and front desk doing nothing. Housekeeping hardly cleaned the room. Repairs needed in room, dirty carpet, holes in ceiling, horrible shower head. Felt like a much cheaper hotel.
