Great place to stay when...

Liked: The Staff was friendly. The Hallways smelled amazing! Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. A great place to stay when traveling! Highly recommend.
Disliked: breakfast was just ok.

Disliked: We weren’t informed one of their water boiler/heaters were out - only told us when we complained when checking out after taking freezing showers. One reason you stay at a hotel is hot showers and nice beds ….

Location was amazing!

Liked: The location was great. We were able to get to a lot of locations that’s we wanted to visited within 10 minutes. Very centrally located.
Disliked: I was disappointed that our room didn’t get cleaned during our stay. I was informed that we needed to request cleaning, which was unexpected. Additionally, when we turned on the heat, the heater made a loud noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. These issues affected our experience, and I hope they can be addressed for future guests.
