I wouldn’t return to a...
Liked: It was an excellent location and a nice facility.
Disliked: The room did not have the security lock from inside that asuré safety from inside. There were only 2 small towels and one wash cloth. The remote control for the tv didn’t have the battery cover and the tv didn’t work.

Disappointed. Will not be using...
Liked: breakfast included, location, kudos to the maintenance man who got us a new remote for the TV.
Disliked: Lack of help. No-one at the desk in spite of people waiting for checkin. TV in our room not working. Phone was dead.Only one bath towel in bathroom. Other guests asking for towels as well. Seemed to be plenty of help just hanging around.

The only redeeming thing about...
Liked: Staff were friendly. The young lady on the desk offered to move us new room but we went out as soon as we checked in and went off to the baseball fields. We got back at 12:30 and left at 9 in the morning so basically we spent little time there. I liked that there was a full breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Terrible odor, wet floor in front of AC. Pillows and mattress not comfortable, left with back ache. The tv wouldn’t turn on. The water pressure was terrible. There was some “brown stuff” on the wall near the tub. Yuk.

Good if you don't have...
Liked: Allows for pets. We stayed during a hurricane evacuation, and that was a blessing. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms are outdated and lots of wear. The bathroom tub had bumps in the bottom and felt like it was sinking. The hotel only provided two bath towels, 1 washcloth, and 2 hand towels. We had 3 people staying. The credit card machines were not working at check-in, and I had to fill out a form to guarantee payment for our stay. The staff seemed very overwhelmed. I returned to my car to leave after check out, I had ants crawling all over inside. I've never had this happen, ever. We don't leave food or eat food in my vehicle. Since we stayed several days, I purchased towels to use and used the on-site laundry to wash them. I had to exit the building to download the app and preload money for the use. The internet was terrible and could barely get a connection inside my room or in the building. $3.75 seems excessive to wash a small load and then another $3.75 to dry. The free breakfast was ok. There were so many people and the food options were not very good. We skipped it on days 2 & 3.

Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The elevator was sketchy and broke down. Loud disputes with other people in hallway. Felt vulnerable. The rooms were smelly. Old and dark in the rooms. Desperate need of upgrading.

Not satisfied.
Liked: Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The lovely woman told us that the only "King bed" room left was on the "pet floor" and offered us a room with 2 double beds on another floor. We prefer a king bed so we declined.
Disliked: Room 130 has hole in the wall by the window, the edge of the window appeared as though it has never been cleaned, the vent in the bathroom dripped on you as you were on the toilet. The flooring In the hallway was coming up. After showering, by the time I got to the bed, my feet were dirty and sandy.
