One night only

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: Cleaning crew were very noisy in the mornings and it was only 7:30 am. I am not a late sleeper but I don't think they should start until 8 am the earliest.

Disliked: First room ac was stuck on low, controller was broken. Not fault of hotel but water main break during night so no water in the morning.

This hotel is not recommended

Liked: The comfortable bed was the only thing positive on this property.
Disliked: There was no running water 90 percent of our stay. The hallway laminate flooring was broken and curling. Very shady people walking the property in the evenings. Most exterior door locks were broken. There was no safety lock inside our room. We had to buy our own safety wedge for the door. The clerk was cocky and argumentative when we expressed our concerns! We did not feel safe on this property!

Liked: Convenient to family
Disliked: A water main break occurred the first evening. We were without water for 12+ hours, so no flushing, tooth brushing , showering, nothing. While this was not the property’s fault, they did nothing for the guests except post boil water notices when the water came back. No bottled water, no information as to what was going on. When the water started back the next day, black sludge came out. And how do you boil water in a hotel? Very poorly handled and I feel some compensation should be offered.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Liked: Nothing! This hotel should be shut down! Hotel doesn’t even deserve a one star rating.
Disliked: The hotel room was old and had a horrible musty smell, there was black mold growing around the window, the carpet in front of the ac unit was soaking wet. The extra security latch for the door wasn’t bolted to the wall. There was one light that worked, all other lights needed new bulbs, same with the hallway. We were supposed to stay for two nights, we stayed one and the only reason for that was because after a long day of travel, we didn’t get to hotel until 1:00AM and were just exhausted.

I would stay again, good...

Liked: Quiet and clean, good location. Looked nice. Ac worked well and was quiet.
Disliked: The bed was big but kind of thin, not the most comfortable. Hallway smelled like mould.

Passable

Disliked: Plumbing issues! Pipe burst somewhere in the building and the water was turned off! Couldn’t shower that night, nor flush toilet. It was repaired by the morning.
