Very comfy, slept good, enjoyed...
Liked: I would have LOVED to have an extra blanket for my bed. I’m that person, that no matter the weather, I like the weight of blankets on me when I sleep. I didn’t request an additional blanket from the front desk, so that’s on me. I just wish an extra blanket would have already been in the room. I had a “throw blanket” in my car, but I didn’t want to go out and retrieve it at bedtime. I should have brought it in with me, and that’s my fault. Most people would be very happy with the weight of the sheet and bedspread. Overall, five stars for this location.
Disliked: An additional blanket in the room, just in case you feel chilly, would be nice.

Did not meet expectations
Liked: Communication was good until after 10:00 PM.
Disliked: Really noisy on this floor. Loud talking, slamming doors up until midnight. I contacted our Communication contact and was told no one was available to address the issue. With the other options available in Jonesboro, my wife and I will not be staying here again.

Disappointed in the guest services...
Liked: Breakfast was outstanding. cleanliness and size of the room. Good location.
Disliked: The guest services person. She needs to be fired or transferred to other duties. Ireeen was her name. Absolutely a waste of the wages paid. She was obnoxious and could have cared less about pleasing the customer. I requested a copy of a paper I was required to sign. She refused to provide a copy of the document. According to contract law, this was in essence a contract, I was to be given a copy if I requested it. The second thing to ruin my stay was the requirement by her for a $150 security fee for my credit card. To be refunded. This booking was made through Booking.Com as was the payment in advance. If Booking.Com was satisfied with the security of my credit card, then she should have trusted them to approve the sale. The entire stay was ruined by this demanding and obstinate guest services person.
