Liked: The staff was AMAZING! Friendly, courteous, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was great! If I had to complain it would be the interstate noise.

Liked: Just wish I would have been reimbursed for the second night I didn't stay cause of a family emergency.
Disliked: Emergency at home had to go and couldn't get refund for second night

Liked: It was very clean! And smelled so good! From the entrance to my room and the breakfast area, everything was amazing! I would stay here again!
Disliked: The only thing I disliked is my room was right by the highway so hearing all the vehicles and big trucks the noise was annoying. But I know they can’t help that.

Liked: The staff were AMAZING. So kind and looked genuinely happy each time we saw them. The room was fantastic and so clean we stayed in a king suite and the bed was comfy. Because it was a suite it had a small living room like space that made it feel like an apartment and offered a great place to relax after a long day of work. Super pet friendly, our pup happy really seemed to enjoy it and the staff. Good to know: if you order food you will need to go to the lobby to grab it they won't let them bring it up. Understandable because it is a safety issueI will be using this location every time I travel here for work!
Disliked: My ONLY "complaint" was breakfast... My husband loved the orange juice but the actual food wasn't the best. But considering the cost of the hotel and how great everything else was it wasn't a big deal to us at all. Just something to keep in mind if that's important to you.

It was a great value...

Liked: The breakfast was adequate, but the coffee wasn't very good. I'm not complaining, it's just a preference thing.
Disliked: The canned lobby music was so loud you couldn't hear the TV in the breakfast room.

DO NOT BOOK WITH LA...

Disliked: I was charged a $150 deposit for a one night stay. It was never disclosed during the booking nor was it disclosed during check-in. I discovered they had charged my credit card 150 when i checked out. My room was only $118 for the one night. There was not a mini bar or snack bar in the room. Nothing justifies charging a guest $150 deposit without notifying them when they booked or when they checked in. They claim the charge drops off but it has been 3 days and nothing has been credited. I am not sure this will be part of the reviews guest see before booking as i suspect La Quinta would not want this practice disclosed. Guests beware, this is basically credit card fraud.
