Hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Parking was good. Front desk clerk was nice.

Liked: Pet friendly, able to rebook for a couple nights very easily... Staff was friendly...
Disliked: Hallways weren't vacuumed for over a week, set my garbage outside of my room for pickup three bags at there for 2 days I carried them down to the desk myself along with my neighbors that were outside of his store, two nights without hot water, heat controlled room, been waiting on a part to heat the pool.. So it's literally freezing... Big Time shortage on towels.... Maintenance or whoever needs to clean up around the hotel.. watched the maintenance man outside The dustpan in a broom but when he went back in they were still 50 cigarette butts next to the curb by the main entrance... Not a very good experience coming home from Jamaica to a broken heater and having to stay there for that many days... Big Time shortage on towels They only put two in your room, and every time you ask they're washing

Disliked: They need new employees that are not racist and that actually clean

Liked: The staff were nice
Disliked: There was a stain on the couch and the pool was to cold to swim in. The hotel definitely needs upgraded.

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good in the coffee was nice to have it all the time employees were friendly
Disliked: The room needed some updated needed some painting and also the bathroom sink did not drain properly

Disliked: I asked for a refund and they were rude
