Liked: The room was nice and clean!
Disliked: The breakfast was really sad. The muffins were underbaked and the cereal was stale. The lobby had no air conditioning on at all so it was very humid and hot when you walked in.

Frustrating when it should had...

Liked: Unfortunately I was charged twice for the 2 night stay I am waiting for my refund which I get in a couple days in my bank. This is money I had separated for the weekend on top of that my room was not ready the tv was not working fridge was not connected and no microwave. They switched our rooms only to get there and not be able to get in every time we left and came back having to go to the front desk so they could program the key card.

It’s was ok. Not horrible...

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Beds hard and breakfast area almost empty with an hour of breakfast time left.

Liked: Hotel was closed and under remodel/ construction. Had gates around and pad locks placed on gates blocking entrance. I was mad due to having to spend more on a hotel and this hotel never gave me the update that it was closed for business.Definitely unhappy
Disliked: Bad experience, no communication. Horrible that I had to pay more to stay at another hotel. Not cool la quinta.

Liked: Nothing! Hotel was closed with fences in all entries. We arrived at 3:30 am expecting for somebody to greet us as these hotels are 24/7. Unfortunately, hotel was closed! How did I get this booking in the first place?
Disliked: I hated the fact that the hotel was closed and still taking reservations. Fences all over and a front desk lady from other hotel said the hotels have been closed for months. How did I get a reservation here?

Liked: The Hotel was closed and under renovation when we arrived. Although it took about 1 1/2 hours got to be relocated the end result was we got a suitable replacement.
Disliked: The Hotel was closed and under renovation when we arrived and had been for more than a month I suppose. However we were directed to this hotel after we book the five day stay.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Hotel was closed construction fences all around the building staff did not answer phone no recorded message - had to rebook with different hotel after 10 hour drive.

Liked: Nothing. I had to be relocated because this hotel is closed for business
Disliked: I did not like that I was able to book this hotel and it was closed down and vacant

Liked: Nothing! The hotel isnt open!
