Disappointed

Liked: Key card did not work. Security deposit was unreasonable. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was dangerously too hot.
Disliked: Everything. I have faithfully stayed at La Quinta in other states and upstate ny. I keep booking at this chain due to being impressed with the accommodations. The Mac Arthur Airport Hotel was truly a disappointment.

Nice hotel but housekeeping needs...

Liked: The hotel is nice
Disliked: My room was never cleaned, my sheets were never changed, I never received any clean towels! I'm not sure why housekeeping never cleaned my room! And change my sheets!
