Disliked: The room smelled like smoke - it was supposed to be non smoking.

Great staff - they changed my room from the side with the railroad tracks to a better location at no extra charge. Only bad thing I can say is that the surrounding area is nothing but industrial buildings for miles. It was hard to find a grocery store or any restaurants besides the Denny's.

Liked: Great location; close to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.

Liked: Beds were terrible. They had major dips in the middle that left our backs in pain the next morning and it was hard to get to sleep and stay asleep. The window did not open so getting circulation was impossible. The room had an "old" stale and stuffy smell. The concept of the old silo building converted into a hotel was unique but the inside needs updating and renovation! I can't stress how uncomfortable the beds were. The shower had a loud drip that we could hear throughout the night.
Disliked: Location was great and the unique silo structure was cool.

Liked: the hotel is close to the freeway, and the Irvine Spectrum. the contential breakfast is amazing.....
Disliked: Booking.com is only good for cheap deals, but absolutely horrible guest service. they make cancelations so difficult, and early check ins impossible...
