Great staff - they changed my room from the side with the railroad tracks to a better location at no extra charge. Only bad thing I can say is that the surrounding area is nothing but industrial buildings for miles. It was hard to find a grocery store or any restaurants besides the Denny's.

Disliked: The front desk staff is incompetent. I made the reservation for two rooms as confirmed in writing. On the day I was to arrive I called to confirm and was told there was only one room reserved, I said I wanted two rooms and was told a second room would be reserved. When I arrived at check-in, I was told only one room was reserved. When I said that two rooms were to be reserved the very unpleasant clerk seemed to act as if the problem was my fault. Fortunately, there was another room available. When I checked out, I asked for a receipt and was told that it would only come from Booking.com. When I said I still wanted a receipt, the clerk effortlessly printed one. Then, after all this, the facility charged me for three rooms. This fraudulent charge has been removed by the bank from my credit card bill, no thanks to La Quinta.

Liked: Nothing it was absolutely the worst hotel experience we’ve ever encountered. You should be ashamed to support it in your system
Disliked: The hotel looked like a prison or a commercial factory. Grungy. Dark. Iron I Beams protruding from the sides of the building. Sheet metal fabricated foyer. Room was dirty, old carpet and paint blotches everywhere. We didn’t stay we left immediately not to mention the unsavory activity in the lot.
