Liked: The check in representative was very nice.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke - it was supposed to be non smoking.

Great staff - they changed my room from the side with the railroad tracks to a better location at no extra charge. Only bad thing I can say is that the surrounding area is nothing but industrial buildings for miles. It was hard to find a grocery store or any restaurants besides the Denny's.

Liked: Great location; close to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.

Disliked: I have traveled a lot, but I have never experienced such terrible service!First of all, there was a railway right outside the window, and the noise was so loud that sleeping was impossible. Trains passed by all night, and the room had no soundproofing at all.We stayed at the hotel for three days and had already booked the same room for another 14 days. However, when it was time to extend our stay, we were forced to move to another room, only to move back to our original one later. They didn’t even let us stay in our room for a few extra hours before the transfer! We had to check out at 11 AM with our child and luggage and wait outside until 3 PM to check into another room. This is completely unacceptable!The staff showed no understanding or willingness to help. They simply didn’t care about their guests. If you want a comfortable stay and decent service, I strongly do not recommend this hotel! The worst experience ever!

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, the floor was sticky. This hotel needs to be updated.

Disliked: False advertisement on their website about available shuttle transport within 3 miles radius. They said this shuttle service has never existed at least in the past 4 years. Not a very clean place with bathroom smelling like sewage
