Staff was very helpful. Rooms very clean and beds were comfortable. The decor in rooms was beautiful. Will differently stay here again when I visit for concerts at 8 Second Saloon!

The only pleasant part of this hotel experience was the front desk lady when we first checked in. We check in and get up to our room and to our surprise there was black dog hair on all of the beds! Also no phone in the room - we went down and complained so they switched us to a room across the hall. We get into that room and the air conditioner was running - the room was absolutely freezing so we turned the heat on and again to our surprise it smelled absolutely horrible, like it was on fire. The smoke detector in the room went off - no staff member came up to check on us! There were also millions of tiny ants crawling all around the dresser and end table. The girls and I got ready and went out. When we got back to our room later that night we walked into the entire dresser covered in ants, so I went downstairs and asked for a refund. The lady wouldn't give me a refund but said we could switch rooms, so yet again we went to a new room and yet again ants! We decided to pack our things and drive home that night. Very dirty hotel and the lady working the desk at night was a nightmare to deal with. I will never stay there again and I absolutely do not recommend it. Honestly the place should be shut down.

ripped off for $100 security...

Disliked: dirty room, toilet ran non stop making loud sound, refridgerator unplugged smelled, pulled out to plug it in to store my food. trash, thick layer of dust cigerette butts and cut torn pop cans. I pushed the fridge back in its place left for work. my girl friend when checking out was told I signed an agreement at check in that if anyone smoked in the room we be charged $250. but instead they was keeping our $100 cash deposit. my girlfriend explained that she had went to the car to smoke, never in room. in fact tge last time was at 4am in the pouring rain. she said if i made a point to go at that time and many others obviousky i wasnt smoking in room. asked staff to view camreras showing her multiple trips to sit in tge car and smoke. adding to it she explsined she had thrown a can of mountain dew ashed in in the trash. there was no smoke smell at all just moldy room odor. the staff claimed even with tge supporting evidence contradicting that wed smoked in the room the desk lady went through tge trash in the room found a singke cigerrette but and tgat was all she needed to refuse to give our $100. cash deposit back. i was scammed and robbed out of a $100. cash deposit. no one seems to want to hrlp hung up on trying to inquire and called with no answer or rrturn call. Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything could have been better. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had in more than 15 years. Property was dirty. Room was dated and not clean. Breakfast was awful. Fitness equipment didn’t work. Filter needed to be replaced in water fountain. Everything was terrible.
