Staff was very helpful. Rooms very clean and beds were comfortable. The decor in rooms was beautiful. Will differently stay here again when I visit for concerts at 8 Second Saloon!

The only pleasant part of this hotel experience was the front desk lady when we first checked in. We check in and get up to our room and to our surprise there was black dog hair on all of the beds! Also no phone in the room - we went down and complained so they switched us to a room across the hall. We get into that room and the air conditioner was running - the room was absolutely freezing so we turned the heat on and again to our surprise it smelled absolutely horrible, like it was on fire. The smoke detector in the room went off - no staff member came up to check on us! There were also millions of tiny ants crawling all around the dresser and end table. The girls and I got ready and went out. When we got back to our room later that night we walked into the entire dresser covered in ants, so I went downstairs and asked for a refund. The lady wouldn't give me a refund but said we could switch rooms, so yet again we went to a new room and yet again ants! We decided to pack our things and drive home that night. Very dirty hotel and the lady working the desk at night was a nightmare to deal with. I will never stay there again and I absolutely do not recommend it. Honestly the place should be shut down.

Liked: Room was ok, walls were dirty and painint falling off. Door was very bad. Room smelled musty. The remote for TV had to be washed off, it had something sticky on it when 1st picked up. The halls had trash next to doors that were never picked up. Guested left entry doors that were ment to be secured blocked opened for "friends" to come and go, it was a party room across the hall from us.
Disliked: The breakfast was nothing to write home about. It was day old bread, small poppi seed muffins, hard boiled eggs, some yogurt, I would not trust to eat, and one choice of strawberry malt waffle mix.

Disliked: Hotel was disgusting!!! Stains, dirty pillows and linens, filthy bathroom, peeling paint. Worst of all, in the morning, the entire first floor smelled lime SHIT. Someone let the bathroom outside the dining area overflow and there was literally shit everywhere. Instead of quietly cleaning it up, staff propped the door open, while people were trying to eat, and proceeded to use a shopvac. Spreading the putrid smell further into the dining area. Completely nauseating!!! Literally the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in.

Disliked: The shower was dirty so I showered with my shoes on. The towels & sheets were stained. There was dried urine on the toilet. The room smelled weird & felt unsafe. The whole area felt unsafe! No second lock on the room door. The closet doors were falling off the hinges. Disappointed with the whole hotel bcz the internet pics were not real. I trusted the quality of the LaQuinta but this hotel was a Motel 6 (at best) with a LaQuinta sign. Should've checked reviews before i booked. GROSS!

Disliked: Everything from start to finish when I checked in the clerk didn't say anything it's 100 dollar deposit but for what it's already ran down and completely dirty when I got up to my room the first thing I seen was a dirty qtip on the floor and then one of my friends I was with found a thing that goes to a diabetic arm thing and I only know that because it looked like an FBI liestin device so I used Google when I tell you this place couldn't have been more dirty the bath room was had black grease hand stains on the wall where the shower wall like what's the point in taking a shower you'll just come out more dirty than what you went in
