Overall ok. We will stay...

Liked: Our bedroom setup. We liked that there were enough beds and a little lift that was separate!
Disliked: Could have been updated, and cleaner. Wasn’t terrible, but still!

Liked: Sofia who helped me was amazing, she really handles herself well. A lady was yelling at her and blaming her for her card declining and Sofia stayed composed and calm to still help her. While Sofia was helping a line of people, other customers needed help such as towels and other things and she stayed calm and still took care of them. honestly you should have at least one more person during peaks times to help her. F-ing needy people bombarding her with questions and needs.
