Ok but I’ll book elsewhere...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Very hard bed. Loud noise on roof all night. Called front desk offered ear plugs or moving rooms. At 12am we opted to stay in room because we didn’t want to pack up. No response from management on our displease. Tells me they don’t care.

Asked for refund due the...

Liked: They had rooms available, all the surrounding hotels were booked. AND I KNOW WHY, THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!
Disliked: Everything. It smelled when we walked in, a stale stagnant smell. Reviews stated bed bugs, ummm no. Employees are RUDE.As my husband attempted to talk to the night manager, I decided to look up the hotel.. other reviews back up my complaints. They are not even BBB accredited. They have an FFFFFFF.
