Good value and a comfortable...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent, property was clean and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better especially the eggs.

Terrible desk workers

Liked: I have stayed here twice just this year. The first experience was good. But the second was the worst I have ever experience anywhere! I should have listen to the reviews about the "pushing you out" before checkout.
Disliked: Two night stay with a late check-out, all paid for when checking in. Checkout day was a nightmare! Starting around 10am housekeeping began knocking on our door, checkout is at 11am normally. They knocked 3 separate times, each time we told them we had a late checkout at 1pm. At 12 we get a BANG, not a knock, a banging at the door. There is a woman yelling at us that we are over staying and should have been gone already. We tried to show our conformation of a late check out but she refused to look at it and kept saying she would not look at it! She proceeds to yell more and then walks away. The whole time she is yelling at us she is also on a personal call. I stop packing up and go down to try again to show her. When I get there she refuses to look at the proof while still have a attitude with me and finally states she see it now in her computer. Maybe she should have looked before coming upstairs and yelling at us. Not only was it embarrassing for us but this was VERY unprofessional and uncalled for to be treated this way. So I will never stay here again.
