Very good
Liked: It was a great trip. Staff was helpful when needed.
Disliked: Some doors (ie, the breakfast door & pool door) locks were tripping some times. Staff had to help on several occasions

Liked: I love the location and the amenities
Disliked: The room that was given to me had a smell of some sort, possibly smoke smell, but this location is a “NON SMOKING” facility. Not only that but even though I had paid for my stay completely, I woke up to an alert from my back stating that a charge was trying to be processed on my card from the hotel. When I called them asking them why, I was told they didn’t know and that the system did it. Doesn’t make since to me because if the transaction completed, I would have to wait up to two weeks for my refund. Not acceptable

Will not return.
Liked: Modern reception area.
Disliked: They must have recently changed their pet policy. Everywhere I saw online stated it was $25 per pet. But I was charged $45 per pet. Even the sign in the lobby at time of check in said $25 per pet. Very upset. The room smelled like cigarettes. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The parking lot is quite steep.
