Disliked: 1. Elevator is not working since last 2-3 days.2. Staff is SUPER ARROGANT. He allots us rooms on the third floor (in spite of having a few options left on 2nd floor) and after handing over keys he tells us that elevators are out. When I confront him that we have heavy luggage to carry, he alloted one room on the second floor. And purposely allots the room at the EXTREME CORNER OPPOSIT OF WHERE THE STAIRCASES ARE SO THAT WE HAVE TO WALK ALL THE WAY TILL THE END WITH OUR HEAVY LUGGAGES, JUST BECAUSE WE CONFRONTED HIM THE WAY HE WAS TREATING US. HE DID NOT EVEN HAD COURTESY TO STAND UP WHEN WE ARRIVED AT HOTEL. HE WAS SITTING ON HIS CHAIR ALL THE TIME, INCLUDING THE TIME OF ALLOTTING KEYS TO US AND EVEN WHEN WE WERE SORT OF ARGUING ABOUT GETTING ROOMS ON SECOND OR THIRD FLOOR. He even mentioned “If you think elevators are not working is a problem, speak to booking.com and cancel out your bookings and go search for some other hotel” all of this is happening at 10:30 PM.3. Paint in hotel rooms came off from many places.4. Bedsheets were stinking bad.
