Disliked: It had bed bugs and roach in the room

Liked: Price for a night.
Disliked: It smells like animals in the lobby, elevators were out of order, stairs are disgusting, rooms aren’t all that great, peeling of the ceiling, dead bugs stuck on the wall.

Nasty housekeeping

Liked: Convenient to the place we needed to go
Disliked: The 1st room was dusty & had dead roaches in the bathroom sink. I asked the house keeper if she could clean it, her response was "no, it wasn't her room". I went to the front desk & the mng. didn't apologize just gave me another room key. Switched rooms just to be as dusty as the 1st. I asked the house keeper if she could just give me something to clean with & she handed me a wet wash cloth. Really? You could imagine what went through my head. It was too late to leave & look for another hotel so we stuck it out. In the morning when I went to shower, as I pulled my towel out of the shelf an empty box of soap fell out. Really trash on the shelf, what else could go wrong? Just a roach crawling down the mirror as I'm brushing my teeth. I wasn't fast enough to get my phone to take pictures. Unbelievable, we've never had this experience.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The one night stay was awful. Elevator did not work. We were on the top, 4th floor. The room was smelly like smoke and the condition was very worn down. Stains and scrapes all over. Booger stain in the bathroom with mold. The pillow had no shape and very flat and lumpy. There was a stain on my bed. There were also 2 roaches that crawled out when I went to bathroom at middle of night. We did tell the front desk and they said to handle it with Booking.com.
