Okay for a quick one...

Liked: Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: It was filthy. Clumps of hair, dead bugs and filth on the floors. Carpets in hall were severely bleached stained. Elevator was a little sketchy.

Disliked: No extra toilet paper in the bathroom. Also, we booked a king bed, since it was a weekend away from the kiddos but we got 2 queen beds. They said they "upgraded us at no charge" because they didn't have a king available. Well, we wanted a king. We only have a queen size at home. So I didn't understand that reasoning at all.

Short and sweet.

Liked: All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Easy to find.
Disliked: I did not like that when I went to breakfast all the tables were dirty. While there was a gentleman there taking out the trash, no one cleaned any of the tables after other visitors had eaten.

Disliked: Poor breakfast. We used to stay in same hotel before but now it turns to less comfortable.

Disliked: I believe I was charged for an extra night that still hasn't been reconciled. Perhaps a mixup in the billing to Booking.com and added nights paid locally (one at least twice, I think).

Liked: Location to where we were going was good.
Disliked: Staff was not very helpful, hallways and rooms really dirty, tv didnt work and outdated, fridge didnt cool. Pull out sofa had not been clean from previous stays as there were dirty sheets still on it with crumbs, soda tops and paperclips on it.
