Superb

Disliked: Elevator was broken and it was bad to walk down the stairs especially being disabled

Disliked: All ice machines on all 3 floors did not work and that staff did not care the Security gate did not work 4 - 3 days

The stay was awful especially...

Liked: Close to my mother’s house
Disliked: The young man working the front desk he was rude and always on his phone texting while we were trying to check in as well as not answering the phone while we were calling the front desk when they didn’t notify us that the water was shut off, thank God my mother lived up the street from the hotel.

Good for the night

Liked: Bed was very comfortable and great selection of app on the TV
Disliked: The member of staff that checked us in was very rude and we felt like we were interrupting her by asking to check in.
