Blood stained linens, staff refused...

Disliked: The first room we were put in was dirty, no light bulbs in the lamps & it did NOT have a tv like the pictures & description depicted. We were moved to another room with VERY small tvs, & no working lamps. The sheets and pillow case was stained with what appeared to be blood. I immediately brought these items to the front desk’s attention. I was then told housekeeping staff would “check it out”. We left & upon our return noticed the blood stained linens were STILL in our room. I returned to the front desk & was given a replacement. I was told to speak with the morning staff & get a refund for my stay because this is a biohazard. In the morning the SAME front desk attendant told me that the staff couldn’t go into the room because the housekeeper told them they had a video of a dog in the room. ( they refused to show me or explain how they had a video from INSIDE the hotel room we were staying in at the time) I was told they couldn’t, and wouldn’t be giving me any refund or discount of any sort. I checked out & left. This place is disgusting & the staff was incredibly rude! I will NEVER return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Absolutely loved the breakfast! The staff was very polite and like I said breakfast was great and always fully stocked.
Disliked: There was one little cockroach in our room and the housekeeping didn’t change our sheets or towels.

This hotel is a gem...

Liked: Of all the hotels I stayed at, this is the cleanest! I also appreciate the absence if cigarette or pot smoke as well as the quiet environment. The staff is wonderful and ready to help with a warm attitude! Best sleep I have had while traveling!
Disliked: Nothing.
