Room & carpet smelled of...
Liked: Honestly, nothing
Disliked: Room smelled like urine. Bed smelled musty, rug was dirty/sticky, & TV did not work. Reported all issues. They could not move us since it was full, but asked by "Adam" front desk for us to leave the next morning by 11 & they would have carpet cleaned, never happened. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Items missing. Tang or orange drink rather than OJ. We arrived a few hours early & was told the earliest we could check in was 2pm but we would have to pay $30. We chose to wait. Never have heard of such poor customer service & poor hospitality. We have arrived early at many places & if the room was available, we were allowed to check in & no extra charge.We will never patronize this establishment again & will recommend it.They also charged our debit card 3 x for a 2 night stay Last, we were told by the night desk clerk Saturday night the floor they put us was for those that have pets. We do not have a pet.
