Link reservation between Hotel and...

Liked: The person at the reception was very nice
Disliked: I arrived at 2:00 AM after losing flights. When I arrived they informed me that they can not honor the reservation made in Booking as they were fully booked. I need to get back to the airport at 2:00 AM
