Great location, bad service. Cheap...

Liked: The location is excellent, very close to major highways and also within walking distance to great bars and restaurants.
Disliked: Just could not get them to clean my room. Asked for that specifically three times in a row, but never got any result. Tried talking to the cleaners and they gave me the good old "no hablo ingles", alright fair enough. Tried talking to the guy at the desk and he gave me a set of sheets and towels and told me to change them myself. Cool. Why don't you give me the vacuum, sure, I don't mind cleaning the hallways too, while I'm at it! :) The guy was nice though, friendly smile and everything.

Liked: Everyone was so nice and wonderful- the room was extra big and ready nice..And they have Texas shape waffles and the best coffee for breakfast which is included
Disliked: I didn't realize it was right right next to the big freeway... Very noisy all night long... It sounded like the traffic was on top of the hot

Good location and value for...

Liked: Location near gallerias mall, secure parking, good size room breakfast is ok( eggs, cereal, toasts, waffles)
Disliked: Carpets and painting could be improved
