Please remodel this hotel.
Liked: Facilities are old and not kept up well. Rooms needed to be updated too, carpet is old and smells.
Disliked: Room forts were not very secure, lobby and hallways looked old and dirty

Lesson learned. Been staying there...
Liked: Pretty and clean.
Disliked: Back door had NO LOCK at all! There were lots of available rooms- not crowded- but we were put next to people smoking nonstop- it was coming under the door! And they had a barking dog with a woman screaming at the dog. Nonstop loud racing on the 610 highway. Oh and no hot breakfast like we always got before.

Disliked: the room was filthy. I was given a first room which stank of damp and mold. I refused it and was moved to another room with a strong dog smell. I understand you welcome pets. THat is very nice but when you have clients without pets, you should give them rooms which have no pet smell.In addition: the carpet was super disgusting. I tried walking bare foot and realized it was sticky! and when checking its smell, it smelled like animal pee. The shower did not work and the warm water was lukewarm.This seriously affects your reputation. I spoke to other clients who were also pretty disgusted!
