Small nightmare after loosing a...

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: Beds were not clean. Elevator out of order, ran out of toileteries.

Convenient & Comfortable — IAH...

Liked: The location was super close to the IAH Airport & they offered a shuttle service free of charge! They held our luggage before check-in too, which was convenient.The rooms were large & comfortable; and, they had a nice courtyard/pool area in the back.
Disliked: As can be expected by a busier rode & major airport, the room was pretty loud. You could definitely hear the traffic & planes; however, this didn’t bother us much.

Liked: Great value stay with large comfortable rooms , nice breakfast and decent fitness center. Staff were great, allowed us to check in a few hours earlier :)

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Only 3 pillows per bed. Bathroom sink didn't drain. A/C barely worked, took several hours to cool the room. Front desk staff poorly trained and not supervised on her first day. Paid for late checkout but, the maids knocked to tell us to go at 11. TV guide did not match up with what was playing. Seems like owners do the bare minimum of repair and maintenance
