Disliked: There were cockroaches in the room provided and as a facility that allows pets, the dogs would bark uncontrollably at night disturbing my sleep.

Good location and decent breakfast.

Liked: Close to airport and restaurant. Free shuttle. Breakfast included.
Disliked: Elevator was felt sketchy. Door would t open for a long time. Buzzer going off so a few of us got off. Still wouldn’t go. Eventually started but made us nervous.

Highly recommended place to stay

Liked: The staff was polite, pleasant and very helpful. They were very prompt in responding to any questions or assistance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: I didn't really understand why the elevator was at the back of the building near a door not accessible.

Nice place to stay after...

Liked: We stayed at this hotel after our cruise as it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle to the airport. We arrived early due to having to leave the ship early and the front desk person kept our luggage in a room until we could enter our room. There are tables to play cards, read, or watch tv until our room was ready. We were able to get into our room early which was great. The room was spacious. The shower floor was slippery and when mentioned to the front desk, they were aware that this was an issue as other patrons had said the same thing, Note, as this hotel is close to the airport, you can hear the planes overhead. We kept the fan on constant and could not hear the planes. There was the standard breakfast food which was great.
