Perfect
Liked: Great value stay with large comfortable rooms , nice breakfast and decent fitness center. Staff were great, allowed us to check in a few hours earlier :)

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Only 3 pillows per bed. Bathroom sink didn't drain. A/C barely worked, took several hours to cool the room. Front desk staff poorly trained and not supervised on her first day. Paid for late checkout but, the maids knocked to tell us to go at 11. TV guide did not match up with what was playing. Seems like owners do the bare minimum of repair and maintenance

Very unhappy customer
Liked: I stayed in La Quinta twice. And 1st was very good .But the second one changed my opinion. The Manager who worked that day 04.04.25 was very unprofesional,rood and stupid,he was asking me for payment ,and i said i had paid through Booking.com. . He said that he doesnt care and did not see my payment .and i was asking him how is this possible, how he does not see it. So instead of helping me to solve the problem and make sure everything is ok,he pushed me to the end of the line and asked me to contac booking .com. i did on line reservation and everything was solved,and after i tried to tell him that,he start yeling at me,that i have to leave hotel and he said he will call police. I asked him why he want to call police,and where and why i shoulld go,at 10 pm with two kids. He said he doesnt care. I said please check the confirmation it is all paid. So finaly he did. Gave me room. He humiliated me in front of my kids,and other customers,like i was some kind a lier or free loader.He had very bad hindu acsent too. It was dificult to understad some of his yeling. His atitude was unexeptable. My children and me were tired ,it was late check in , and i almost got kicked out from this hotel for been wright. I think that this person has no humility or any diplomacy ,no understanding how to navigate through situations like this. He has no aprisiation for paying customer, and he should not work in hospitality buiseness at all. He was unpleasant with other customers too. The customer asked for his family of six a shutle bus,he said no,only 4 can go. Sins when? The minivan can easy fit 7 peaple. So he was just giving a hard time to this customer too. I mean peaple like him have no right to work in hospitality jobs. I hope this will reach La quintas top managers. Or H R department. Please, pay attention to ,what random customer has to say.Thank you

Liked: The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Nothing left to the imagination. It alone was worth the stay.
Disliked: The Houston Airport. A TOTAL MESS. Contradictiry DIRECTION SIGNS. Sometime no signs at all. NO ONE TO ASK FOR HELP. One of the worst in the country.
