Liked: staff were reasonably helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was very ordinary... for example the porrige sachets needed to be microwaved, OK, thats fine but there were only styrofoam bowls available which would have meted instantly...And no staff to ask for a microwaveable bowl. This is a very minor thing but it reflects a general indifference to guests actual experience. Also, why no milk for the coffee...WTF is that ,non dairy creamer'.... no thanks.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The gym's treadmill and weights were good. The airport shuttle was on time. I have been there on 2 occasions so far. The breakfast should have more variety though.But I recommend.
Disliked: The breakfast should have different things and not the same things everyday.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Close to airport. Hotel had a nice lobby with coffee and water available. It did also have a nice outdoor pool (however, a hot tub would have been nice)
Disliked: This is an airport hotel. A hotel that exists only because of it's proximity to the airport. It should, therefore, provide round the clock shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle service is very limited and is not available at all at night and only hourly for limited hours during the day. This is unacceptable and meant we needed to hire an Uber.Also, there is nothing in the area. One restaurant only. An industrial area so walking wasn't very exciting.
