Liked: Room was big, good location
Disliked: The staff wasn’t to friendly, no one was ever at the front desk. Needed a different key and had to sign to use the gym. Barely any bath towels

Horrific and unsafe…

Liked: It’s nearby to AMG Speciality Hospital and Chateau Terrebonne Nursing Home when we have to stay more than one night to visit and watch over my dad.
Disliked: My dad had a stroke 4 years ago and was moved to the nursing home in Houma that took patients with a trach who are non-responsive. 1. On my 1st night, a roach was found in the bathroom. We called someone to take care of it. We can’t confirm if he took care of it or not because another one was found less than an hour later.2. Someone pulled the fire alarm 3. The day after, a large fire ant was located on the carpet and still living.4. On Saturday, the Emergency Exit door stayed open well over 3 hours; and a pestering fly in the bathroom

Disliked: They were mopping the floor at bad time right by elevator I completely slipped hurt myself it was that bad slippery the wifi did not work my whole stay
