Enjoyable & Clean

Liked: We stayed in a King Room with a Jacuzzi. It was so spacious, clean, and very well lit. The breakfast was nice and staff was pleasant.

The room is pretty nice...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: The swimming pool was not heated nor was the room that the pool was located in it was freezing kind of ruined the whole thing cuz that's why I rented this hotel for the swimming pool

Ok sleep, but a rather...

Liked: Eggs lacked real egg flavor. Sausage needed a little more cooking. Butter was rock hard, could not be spread. And no juice, machine was down. Staff should have gotten small juice containers from supplier.
Disliked: When I arrived in my room, TV did not work. Could not increase heat from unit. Phone did not work. There were holes in the shade. Pillows were all super hard. Single chair was extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom well equipped, but ceiling fan sounded like a plane engine. No radio or alarm clock.
