Liked: Location to Whitehaven, Tn., we're we were visiting. And close to a lot of shopping.
Disliked: Staff no friendly. Horrible breakfast. No battery in our smoke detector in our room, my husband had to put one in. Mattress comfortable but the bed frame was very squeaky and loud.

I can tell the change...

Disliked: Front desk clerk was not engaging. The smoke alarm in my room was beeping all night and the tv remote was not working. My check in was late evening. I was tired decided I would wait til morning to report issues. The next morning as I was leaving for work I reported this to the front desk clerk when I returned that night after working a 13 hour shift neither had been fixed. When I reported it again the front desk clerk told me there was nothing she could do about it.
