Good

Liked: The first two staff members I had contact with were great kind and friendly the room was a good size and layout
Disliked: The third staff member I was in contact with on my day of checkout was not a friendly person. This is my second stay and both times when I was in contact with this employee it left me feeling uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience for said employee to have to even be there...also the hide a bed in the couch had dirty bedding on it

My stay was not bad...

Liked: Most of the staff is very friendly. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Shelly who is very professional .
Disliked: Tub in my room was nasty, brown stain in tub. My brother had an issue with his room and the GM Raj was not very accommodating and rude.
