Disliked: after we checked out and reached to the next destination, we found forgot a men's belt at room317 and I called back for checking if someone picked it up, the front desk lady replied impatient and rudly, told me that I must call back at 12am again, even she didn't have any interest about what we left in the room.last year in another la quinta hotel I forgot an electric tooth brush, and the same thing happened.do not left anything there, as you will never get any reply on it.

Liked: Meh, you could tell there were some upgrades done.
Disliked: Did not like the harsh led lighting, that you can’t adjust. The bed was supposed to be a king, but I’m quite sure it was a queen, they even said queen under their breath when we were checking in, but it didn’t register until later.The hotel customer service was awful, the worst! All it was s is texting back & forth. When I mentioned I did not get a king bed, I got zero response, twice!
