Nightmare in Henderson la Quinta

Liked: There was blood on the bedspread only one light in the room worked. The blow dryer didn’t work. They checked us in before we arrived. We were unable to make it the day that we anticipated due to a freak snowstorm. I had them change the day and they went ahead and check us in and charged us for the day, even though we were not there upon check-in we told them about the problems with the room. They said they would have it fixed when we returned. Nothing was fixed not even the bloody bed spread. We went down to complain and the guy at the front desk told us he was sorry there was nothing he could do. We had to ask for another bedspread. We had to put it on ourselves, remake the bed and our stay in the room with only one light. And at the foot of the bed, the flooring was cracked and I cut my foot on. It told him, and he didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I cut my foot or that they would get it fixed so someone else wouldn’t get their foot cut. Also the text that I received saying after check-in if there’s any problems, let them know. I texted everything to them and no one responded to my sixth text messages horrible customer service, and horrible management.
