Good hotel, terrible wifi

Liked: The facility is comfortable and relaxing. The staff is very kind. And the breakfast is the best part. Well worth the money.
Disliked: I would say the only complaint is the wifi. It is pretty much unusable. When I connected with my phone, the wifi kept going down, and I just had to use my data. Do not book if wifi is required for your stay

Liked: The bedding is always clean. Bathroom was clean. The guy at the front desk is always nice. Breakfast was awesome, too.
Disliked: I was sad the lotion dispenser in the bathroom was empty because I forgot mine.

Disliked: That the desk clerk told me to park my trailer by the gravel parking lot because their was cameras to watch our vehicles and trailers wich their was not. And my trailer got broken into and caused about $6000.00 dollars in damages to back door and property loss.

Disliked: The day of checking in I request room changed twice for the following reason -1st room the entrance door to the room did not closed properly must slammed very hard to close. - the 2nd room smell cigarette smoke the bathtub was rusty and unable to open the closet door. -The 3rd room was manageable closet door is a size of broom closet and can’t open fully. This hotel upkeep is very poor. On the 1st floor going towards the elevator a rug is placed on the floor to cover missing tiles, the website stated there’s a gym not true it’s used as storage room. People swimming nude in the swimming pool. My husband was taking bags to the car. Owner Mike started shouting several times to my husband “ you checking out” my husband said no each time. He wanted to know where my husband is going which is not of his concerns. He was loud and rude. I continue to stay at this location due to the fact that the booking was paid in advance. People fighting at night (police came to hotel), individuals smoking weed in the hallway, loud cursing in the hallway, door slamming at all times. Water was shut off without alerting anyone could not shower to attend my schedule appointment. I did not share my disappointment with my daughter about this hotel. She went ahead without my knowledge and booked additional three nights. Overlapping the reservation 10/29 - 11/1/2024. That was very unfortunate for me. I spoke with a staff member about the overlap of the booking. He suggested I speak with one of the owner Will in the morning. When I explained the situation to Will he was very understanding. Initially I wanted a refund for the overlapping of booking and check out on 11/1. He stated he can adjusted my stay to reflect an additional day to check out on 11/2 since payment was made twice for the night of 10/29. He assured me I will not have any problem and there will not be any additional payment. Will (owner) provided an invoice to reflect the change he made.
