Won't stay there again.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. It's well located.
Disliked: The rooms are lacking in furnishings. We stayed two nights and were in two different rooms. The first room had a very comfortable bed with very nice bedding but only dining room style chairs to sit on (upholstered seats, wooden backs). The heater did not work properly and we couldn't get warm, the blinds were broken and would not go up. We were snowed in so had to stay a second night. The room lacked the comfort required to spend the day. The desk clerk moved us to a different room for an extra charge. It was a semi one bedroom suite. It was very dark in the evening as it only had 2 lamps with weak bulbs. The sofa was designed as a cushion back but was lacking cushions so we had to use the pillows off the bed in order to use the sofa. The bedroom was over top of the unheated front entrance and the bed had only a thin summer weight duvet. The pillows were very flat and not soft. The room was cold and a distance from the one heat unit. The breakfast the first morning was OK but the second morning was really skimpy. Overall, the facility is run down and requires some investment to keep it up to standard. It is not good value for the money compared to other hotels, for the same price, that we stay on our travels.
