Liked: Room was just OK.
Disliked: Girl at front desk not friendly. Called from room for help and nobody answered. Got locked out of hotel because someone deactivated our card. After walking around to go in front door in the cold we found our room had not been cleaned and had no extra towels or coffee.

Disliked: The guest above us were extremely noisy most of the night jumping and running in the room and slamming doors. I had a surgical procedure prior to checking in that day and had a miserable night..If staff lives there they should stay on first floor and be more considerate to guests.

Excellent Hotel

Liked: I've stayed here twice now and dealt with different people each time. Both times were the same amazing experience. The staff are super fast with the check in and check out. They're always kind and engaging with my family and I. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is great. Will keep staying here every time I come through.
