Liked: Needs a deep clean and refresh, maybe take out the stained carpets for vinyl floors which are mess friendly and easily cleaned, too.

Disappointed trip

Liked: Bathroom toilet seat was broken and if cleaned they should of seen it. Had loud music coming from a room after 10 pm and went to call the office to complain and room telephone didn’t work so had to call from my cell. At check out I mentioned these problems and I got eye rolls and didn’t care attitude from lady at desk. We been coming here for years, twice a year traveling but not happy this trip.

Liked: The reception was very courteous.Found that the furniture were old and warn.Carpet in hallway stained.Carpet in bedroom also stained from previous guests and furniture very old and worn out.Bathroom and bed were clean.

Disliked: The area doesn’t have anything close except for sheetz. I called 2 weeks before and made 100% sure that there was a nice, working, hot, hot tub. I needed 3 rooms for myself and family. We were coming for an event and wanted to spend time in a hot tub together after. We wanted, clean place, nice bed, HOT TUB. When we got there we were told the hot tub was broken and would probably be fixed the second day. Second day we were told it isn’t not being fixed at all. We ended up having to spend money finding something to do, we went to Hershey chocolate world which cost a bit of money for 8 people to go. But we had to something or sit in a room and look at each other. The staff was rude, didn’t care, wouldn’t even give a slight discount. The breakfast was just ok. Wasn’t filthy, but could be cleaner. Pillows were awful.

Feels like home!

Liked: Very clean, bright hall. Comfortable beds. Coffee stand 24/7. I was there twice in 3 weeks. Definetly will be my first choice for my next trip to that area!
Disliked: Too much night light. The entrance light in the room, i think, should not be connected with light near bed.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean and nice big rooms! The continental breakfast was good!
