Liked: It’s in a good location
Disliked: The water temperature was cold I couldn’t a shower because the water was not hot at all. Had to wash up at the sink!

Liked: The property was near plenty of food and shops. The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t anything to talk about, soggy hash browns and overcooked eggs.

Liked: I'm sorry but I guess the only positive thing I could say about this location is shower water temps were comfortable?
Disliked: The experience of our stay really was an eye opener to what $145 will get you today in the Hospitality sector, it seems all has been forgotten of what the word means, Hospitality, I myself was in the said industry from 2012-2015 and know exactly what is is to care about the service and building standards for a client. The food is atrocious and not fit to serve as donated food for an animal shelter, the staff is all but rude, except for the young man Sam who checked us in, but throughout the rest of stay, don't try to ask anyone else there a question especially the Man in the morning who prepared and put out the breakfast, very rude and disengaged and does not want to be there, he seemed full of some unknown hatred towards anyone? The walls and corners of both general public areas, elevator and room looked as if had been hit by a hail storm internally? This location does not deserve to continue to use Your company's name to sell its use, more like a Super 8 or a Motel 6. We will not return in our upcoming scheduled events in the area. Good Luck and I hope someone who this letter reaches cares about the words I've described such property. Good Day
