Disliked: My room had several large areas on the ceiling that showed water leakage. In one area the popcorn ceiling had fallen off to bare sheet rock. The breakfast room was okay but the bagels were stale to the point of breaking into pieces. The hash browns were wet and sponge-like. The hot water was only sufficient for one shower, preventing my co-guest from showering. The desk clerk was difficult to understand and was not friendly, at all. The desk clerk said I would receive a refund credit of the $100.00 service charge upon checkout, which has not happened as of this e-mail.
