The stay was wonderful! The staff were friendly and inviting. The hotel room was very clean and very roomy. We had no issues with loud neighbors and the overall location was close to many restaurants and stores. I would absolutely stay again!

Disliked: The shower needed a plastic curtain - it got water all over the floor and what few towels we got, we had to use to mop up the water.

Liked: Booked a handicapped/accessible room. Said I needed a shower seat and wand shower. Laquinta ok’d that. When I arrived for 5 day stay they only had a bath tub room left. Shower and wand never worked in 5 days despite numerous requests for them to fix it everyday. My husband was able to take a bath but I was never able to shower in 5 days. It was a horrible stay. They only offered for us to change to a non acccessible room.
Disliked: If they promise an accessible room with an accessible shower they should give you that.
