Other than a few initial...

Liked: Friendly and excellent customer service. Breakfast was fresh. Unlimited tea and coffee. Hotel looks and smells fresh and clean upon arrival
Disliked: Room 317 had stains one one of the sheets. Disinfectant wipes needed to used on remote and phone as it was dusty. Shower gel ran out on day 1 because it wasn't replaced before Stay. Problems 2 of the room key cards so we had to go back to get them programmed. Room 309 had a bug in there which looked like a roach but we were able to kill it.
