Disliked: Hole in our wall.. only 25percent of tv stations worked. Was told we would get a discount if it was not fixed, didn't get fixed and no discount. Breakfast area was too small for a full hotel of youth hockey players. Pool not kept up, messy area

Disliked: Kids pool water was a bit cold but my kids didn't care cause they still had a blast

Disliked: Half the channels didn’t work on the TV, remote didn’t work, had to pack up our stuff and change rooms, still most channels on TV didn’t work, clock did not work, not much for support.

Liked: I liked where the hotel was located, easy access to shopping areas. The rooms were nice and clean and the continental breakfast was good.
Disliked: I was never informed after booking or even until I got to the hotel that the pool was closed for renovations. Once we got there we saw a sign on the door to the pool that it was closed, which was very disappointing. I also never received a final email receipt of the total amount charged to the credit card for our stay.
