Liked: Right off I-94Great front desk guyGot room where we could see our truckGreat breakfast - we could eat the potatoes! Usually there is nothing we can eat being gluten free and vegan
Disliked: Room temp was too hotWe ran the air conditioner to cool it down

Liked: Convenient to get on & off interstate. We have not brought a dog yet but will in the future

Very good

Liked: Very clean, nice and stellar staff. This was somewhat of a splurge for me and well worth it. My dog was welcomed by the manager’s dog. So sweet.

Passable

Disliked: The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the blow dryer was quite weak and barely usable.What stood out most, unfortunately, was the lack of flexibility from the hotel staff. We were told that if we were even a minute late checking out, we’d be charged for another full day. This created an incredibly stressful situation for us, especially since my husband is disabled and unable to assist with our luggage. A bit more understanding and support from the staff would have made a huge difference.While the accommodations were nice, the experience was marred by the lack of empathy in service.
