We would stay there again!

Liked: Good value for the room and amenities
Disliked: Hallways needed a little updating but still overall in good shape

Affordable but won't stay here...

Liked: Location was good, we did not try the breakfast
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, I am 5 months pregnant and it was so hard, the pillows were flat and there was so support at all. The bed made noise when you moved and it felt unstable. I couldn't go back to sleep and we left the hotel super early.

Liked: The people are really nice and the property is nice and clean as where the rooms
Disliked: During our stay this time, we’ve stayed several times at this property, our room keys didn’t work more than half the time, and we were told that it was because we were putting the keys close to our cell phones, which we were not. It was the because battery in the acceptance slot on the door was low. So that was annoying and the last day and a half the elevators were periodically out of order and so we had to get all our luggage back down to the bottom floor via the stairway and we’re both in our mid 60s so that was a challenge

An okay place to stay....

Liked: Breakfast was generally well stocked. The room was comfortable. I did like the shade that could be lowered to help block light. Towels were well stocked and in good condition overall. The front desk clerks were friendly, albeit not overly helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: 1: They should try to read and honor requests better. We requested a top floor, quiet, away from noise. Was given a room on the 2nd floor of 3 floors. Got them to change us to the 3rd floor, but still it overlooked the parking lot and they had a huge amount of workers with tree trimming trucks and large RV's staying there, so there was a lot of early morning vehicle noise.2: the elevator was not working. Our stay was Fri-Sun, Was told they would have someone out on Monday.3: there were no hangars in the room. I requested about 4 each (for 2 of us), was literally given 1 shirt hangar and 1 pant hangar for 2 people to share4: I used the workout area once around 8am, stepped out to grab some water and couldn't get back in. Front desk told me it would open at 10am, they said they needed to clean it. I let them know I was literally just in there and still had items in there and was just grabbing water, so they made me a new key. I asked if it would still work for my room as well, was told it would, and of course it didn't. I never did see anyone cleaning it, so not sure what that was about. Add a water dispenser.5: There were large stains on the hallway carpets, the comforter in the room was also very stained - maybe white wasn't a good choice for that. The room itself needed just more deep cleaning and TLC, lots of dust on the lamp shades, etc. The deadbolt in the room did not work at all, so just the flip latch secured the door. There was just a sheet and lightweight comforter - would be a good idea to have an extra blanket available in the room.6: the grounds need work- lots of open dirt patches. They need to put some grass seeds down and manicure the grounds.7: They used a guest room upstairs as a storage room for extra beds, lamps, cleaning supplies, etc. and it was always wide open and very cluttered, so just not a good look overall. You had to walk past it to get to the stairs since the elevator was out.
