Was charged twice

Liked: I enjoyed pool n brk fast
Disliked: My card was charged twice for my room n I haven't been refunded the extra charge payment back

Clean and friendly staff, clean...

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast.
Disliked: Our room. Looks like the house keepers walked in and made it all back with what was there. We were shot tired. There was black dog hair in our sheet layers, a toe nail and crumbs. The pillow smelled of perfume, a/c was at 63. Nothing looked dusted. Shampoo bottles were still in the shower from previous person. I brought up my own blanket and wrapped in that.
