I enjoyed my stay
Liked: Good, it would have been nice to have some bacon and sausage. Staff was nice & accommodating. Riom was clean & comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast could've had some bacon or sausage

One Night Was Bearable
Liked: There were no USB ports in the room. I was not able to charge my phone and watch in my room. I had to leave my phone with the front desk to charge and charge my watch in my car the next day. The mattress was lumpy and made for a restless night sleep.

Hotel Maintenance
Liked: Could have had the exterior grounds swept more often during the day, otherwise a very well kept hotel. The interior was clean and my room was wonderfully spacious and clean.

Not A Good Experience
Liked: Checked in 3pm Checked out 935pm. Not a good experience.
Disliked: You need to disclose to customers that this location houses the homeless community. The hotel is dirty and the smell is intolerable. The heating system did not work. It was freezing in the winter. I called for a blanket and was handed a dirty linen. People adults and many children hanging everywhere in the halls and lobby loud and smoking. Only one elevator works and there was a line to use it. Took the stairs and that was an unsafe feeling with people hanging around.
