Liked: Everything was good
Disliked: Room was to cold, not much blankets I felt that the heater was not working. We had only 2 sheets and a thin blanket, very cold.

Liked: I'm familiar with this location so I knew it the bed would be comfortable and they would have all the amenities.
Disliked: It was difficult to get the front desk on the phone. They didn't have what I needed on the snack bar. The staff who answered did not know what I was talking about.

Liked: It was really clean
Disliked: I thought I was getting a bathtub but got a shower instead, the breakfast lady hovered over us and the front desk employee has her boyfriend and his friend in the lobby hanging out with her all night the fireplace remote was out of batteries and when I went downstairs to ask her to change it she said she couldn't when I went to check out the girl was sitting in the back and there was three people waiting out front for a long time I had to go find the breakfast girl.

Overall, good.

Liked: Bed was nice! Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: In my room, 301, bar by toilet paper holder fell off! It was repaired at one time, very poorly. Needs replacing/repair again.
