Disliked: Breakfast buffet was very limited compared to others in this class. No eggs. Nothing hot to eat except waffle bar.

It was a nice place...

Liked: Clean room. Good shower. lots of counter space in the bathroom. Fridge and microwave. Spacious enough. Window you can open. Next to a barbecue place.
Disliked: Noisy heating/air conditioning and noisy if the window is open.

My stay was all around...

Liked: The room was quite clean and the bed was wonderful. Also you have a wonderful staff of people from the desk workers to the cleaning crew. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It will continue to be the only hotel that I stay at when I come through Gallup.

Liked: It was actually very nice BUT the first room we were assigned to had quite a bad smell. It looked very clean but there was an odor coming from somewhere. We called down to request a different room and were accommodated immediately with no questions asked. Very good service. The whole facility felt clean.

Superb

Liked: Nice place to stay on Historic Route 66. Close to restaurants. Located between I 40 and a train track it was surprisingly quiet, a good thing!
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. Runny eggs, no bacon, no potatoes, biscuits and gravy were empty, no bananas, and a line waiting for waffles.
