Very good

Liked: The breakfast offering is good...enjoy the fresh fruit. And the folks in reception are very cordial.
Disliked: The bathroom needs a good refresh. Mold in the tub seal...the tub is chipped and the walls around the sink had toothpaste splatter.

Pleasant stay and hoping to...

Liked: Close to Sanibel; had a hot tub, but unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to use it. Nice comfy beds.
Disliked: Just a minor thing, but when I got back from Sanibel around 9 o’clock in the morning, I wasn’t able to get in my room so I had to go back down to the main desk to get another key

Good location, easy access to...

Liked: Nice sized pool, hot tub was very warm, breakfast was good with adequate options, rooms up to date. Location was very good, 15-20 min between beaches and plenty of restaurants.
Disliked: Floor was very dirty. 2 passes to the bathroom and back and the bottoms of our socks were black!
