Will not go back

Disliked: Upon check-in we were sent to a room that was already occupied. Then we were given a room that no person should ever be asked to sleep in - it was filthy. The third try we received an updated room however it was not clean. We even had a dirty used towel hanging in the bathroom. Brianne, the young girl who checked us in was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel close to Sanibel...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Room was exceptionally good. Bebe at the Front Desk went above and beyond what should have been asked of her to accommodate my booking error. I will definitely stay at this location again when in the area!!

Great hotel value for a...

Liked: Room was ready for us. Room very clean and well appointed.
Disliked: Our room on the 3rd floor was one close to the local busy road. Road noise was quite prevalent in the AM hours. Room needs additional soundproofing.

Very dated property

Disliked: Dated property, needs some upkeep. Rooms smell like mold & stale cigarettes. Wasn’t impressed at all with the nightshirt girl, she carried a very very poor attitude.
