Disliked: So they assigned us a room that was not even cleaned. The previous guest dirty towels garbage still in room. Bed not made etc Do they not QC with cleaning staff? They gave us another room which at that point I was completely not happy

In short my stay was...

Liked: I did like that I was giving a room on the first floor when I asked for it. I like being close to my vehicle. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size.
Disliked: The United States flag was torn and tattered. This is not the way to show pride to the guest that come from other countries. Over the last 20 or more years we have had many wars and in those wars there have been many veterans who have sacrificed in many ways for the flag of the United States and what it represents. Please do better. The shower did not have place to put soap or shampoo. Having double doors to the bath room is an odd set up. There was a woman outside of the hotel soliciting for a room.

Very comfortable bedding and rest....

Liked: When breakfast was available in full it was great. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable! I loved the makeup removal cloths freely provided in the bathroom.
Disliked: When we checked in the front desk agent was short fused and a bit rude. The phones were blowing up plus 2 check-ins so he seemed overwhelmed and not collected at all. I had to come downstairs and give my device the next morning to an different agent to finalize connection to wifi. The remote to the tv was a universal remote that wasn't directly functional with the TV settings: You had to finagle how to get to the guide which was broken up in sections on different channels (I had to again ask an agent) and use different buttons to get to the proper channels. Breakfast ran out of ALL juice and certain items took awhile to be replaced.

Liked: Property was shabby & run down.Guy at desk at check in was rude.Lots of sketchy people hanging round lobby & halls.I have stayed at this same hotel several times before, but I won’t be back.
