Not a safe neighborhood

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: I did not like that the attendant at the front desk was on his earpiece the whole time we interacted. I never knew if he was talking to me or to the person on the phone. Definitely was not a work call. Within the first hour of being inside the room, we killed three cockroaches. The AC in our room was so ridiculously loud. Every time it kicked on, we all woke up. Despite there being a security guard in the building, our truck got broken into, window smashed to bits. When we informed the front desk they did not seem surprised. "I'm sorry, call the police" then handed my husband a broom to clean up the glass. Apparently there is a homeless population around the corner. Nothing was stolen but we had to arrange to get the window fixed because we were staying more than one night. Only stayed the second night because we had no other choice. I do not recommend this place at all.

Overall good place to stay

Liked: Clean and easy to get on and off of the highway. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are good sized and beds were comfortable
Disliked: Elevator is a little outdated and rickety

Disliked: The TV remote did not work well it was hard to watch TV, there were 2 roaches in the room.one on bed and one in bathroom. The raffia noise was loud off and on all night.

Disliked: It needed maintenance done. Bathroom door was broken. Carpet was ripped on the floor. Black dust in the bathroom and over the bed. One of the front desk employees was rude.
