Disappointing

Disliked: I recently stayed in a Junior Suite and while the hotel has potential, it is in desperate need of upgrades and proper maintenance.First and foremost, the biggest concern was the air quality—there was visible mold in the air vents, which not only gave the room a musty odor but also raised serious health concerns. This is unacceptable, especially for guests with allergies or respiratory issues.Additionally, the overall condition of the hotel is dated and worn. The furniture looked old, and the carpets.On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the poor conditions of the rooms. The management urgently needs to invest in deep cleaning, mold remediation, and renovations to bring the hotel up to a livable standard.Until these issues are addressed, I would not recommend staying here, especially for those sensitive to air quality. Hopefully, the hotel will take guest feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.
