Disappointed.

Liked: Property was shabby & run down.Guy at desk at check in was rude.Lots of sketchy people hanging round lobby & halls.I have stayed at this same hotel several times before, but I won’t be back.

Overall Satisfactory stay with few...

Liked: Breakfast was good.Very close to the StockyardsRoom very spacious.Bed in mainroom was comfortable.
Disliked: The Roll out bed in the King Suite was far from satisfactory, you could feel the bed springs hurting your back.The issue copuld not be resolved, but settled with getting about 3 blankets to reduce the impact of the the bedsprings.The breakfast was good, but staff need to top up the coffee and breakfast items promptly.

Won’t be staying here again.

Disliked: It smelled terrible. Alternative between strong smell of marijuana and Fabuloso cleaner. The elevator consistently smelled like urine. The sheets were terrible. So old and pilled they felt like sleeping on a towel. Car alarms went off all night long and the elevator seemed to be operating on its last leg. Definitely saw some characters in the elevator, stare well and hallways. Lots of people who were clearly on drugs and one man carrying a machete on his belt.

Would not stay again

Liked: The only positive thing I can say about this location is that the staff had no issue helping us get a new room. They were pretty friendly. As for the establishment-it was not warm and welcoming at all. When my boyfriend and I arrived, the first thing he noticed was the reddish metallic stain right in front of the line where the vinyl floor and carpet meet. We believe it was a blood stain. Next was the issue with the sink. It would not drain at all after it was used ONCE. The shower had a broken part where the water shot up into the ceiling and had created a huge wet spot on the ceiling. The bed spread had a stain on it that was a little suspicious. Lastly, the door stop had broken wood on the safety lock part of the door. It looked as though someone had tried to break in/break the wood off the door. That made me feel very unsafe. All in all we will never stay here again.
