Poor service from the night...

Liked: Clean, location
Disliked: This was sent to the staff the first night of our stay after we had told them about the air…..We have called numerous times and been told the air conditioner would be fixed. It is now 5 hours later and no contact back. When called just now at 11:38pm after waiting the employee that answered didn’t have any idea nor did they care about the situation and hung up on us. After calling one of several times we asked if a fan could be provided and were told none were available. My husband had to go to Walmart to buy a fan for 30 dollars, on top of the price of the room for the night. The next two nights will not be spent here if I can help it.

Liked: LOVED THE BREAKFAST YOU GUYS HAD GREAT OPTIONS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED NOT JUST SERVING COFFEE! THE BED IN OUR ROOM THOUGH WAS VERY ROUGH MY BACK HURT THE WHOLE WEEKEND DID NOT ENJOY THE BED DID NOT HAVE A RESTFUL NIGHTS AT ALL.
Disliked: I WOULD CHANGE THE BEDDING THE MATTRESS I KNOW ITS EXPENSIVE BUT IT IS WELL WORTH IT TO HAVE HAPPY CUSTOMERS WELL RESTED CUSTOMERS.

Liked: The best part is the location, which is very near our family, who we are visiting. But it is also comfortable and clean.
Disliked: My biggest disappointment is the price rate goes up on Friday and Saturday nights, which is of course the times we need. I know that is everywhere, to accommodate the entertainment industry.

Liked: The free breakfast had many options for everyone's needs. The facility was clean. Staff was friendly. The price was really nice comparable to other hotels nearby.
Disliked: I have a bad neck and the pillow were very flat with not much filling. We stayed two nights and by checkout time my neck was hurting pretty bad. May be a good idea to buy new pillows. The room was freezing when we first walked in, which I am not complaining about at all. However, we did notice if you adjusted the temperature just by a few degrees, the room would get warm pretty quick. We solved that problem by not adjusting the thermostat.
