Nice, safe, clean stay. Ignore...

Liked: Breakfast was OK but fresh coffee was plentiful. Room was nice, staff very helpful.
Disliked: Pet fee was higher than expected. Detour from i40 east was unexpectedly long due to Google gps. Route and pet fee really should be explained on booking apps.

If it was possible I...

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: There was no lighting in the room, air conditioner wasn't any good, the mirrors were broken, the rooms were not sound proof.

It was OK. Not the...

Liked: Tile floor in rooms. Closed campus. Breakfast options. The lady at the front desk in the morning we checked out.
Disliked: Lock on our door didn't close without slamming, Exterior door at end of hallway was never locked.

Comfortable and a good value...

Liked: Breakfast was good - one of the waffle makers was out of order, but everything was fresh and good quality.
Disliked: The elevator floor was dirty/muddy, and dog feces was present on the sidewalk leading to the rear entrance.

Excellent hotel, needs improved clearing...

Liked: The staff was very pleasant. The facilities were well maintained and appointed.
Disliked: Although the driveways were shoveled, snow and ice were built up between vehicles which made it hazardous to walk in and out.Even if parked cars made it difficult to shovel between the cars, ice melt could have been used in these areas.
