Made my DAY!

Liked: was very accommodating, breakfast was very good and had nice selections! Housekeeping was above and beyond!
Disliked: ALL GOOD!

It was good, except for...

Liked: The location is perfect, the cleanliness, helpful staff, the pool, rooms were nice.
Disliked: The tubs were extremely slippery and dangerous. My partner actually slipped and fell, causing a big bruise on his hip and continued pain.

Liked: Location for a wedding close to the venue
Disliked: Roaches in our room. As well as pool bathroom reported to staffHad to switch rooms

Liked: Found live bugs in the room, killed them.
Disliked: Please spray for bugs.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, nice and attentive staff

Love the atmosphere but not...

Liked: Breakfast was great. It's more of a family hotel. I just don't like the fact that you can't accumulate points if you book through a third party
Disliked: That I can't accumulate points booking through a third party. I am there once a month and stay for 2 days. So far I've been there 6 different days and never received points. Also did not accept my AARP discount.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: $268 I was charged for one night. The manager is not very nice . Decor not updated . There is something wrong with the elevator it shakes.
