Liked: The bed / mattress was good.
Disliked: The entire hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, including the corridors and elevator. Unfortunately, the facility appears outdated and not well-maintained. The door to our room was almost falling off, and the bathroom had holes in the wall, indicating the previous presence of hangers. Additionally, the air conditioning stopped working while we were using it.The breakfast options were quite limited, even for a Continental breakfast, with no eggs or milk available. Room service was also lacking, as housekeeping only made up beds upon request.A more attentive and friendly service could greatly improve the overall experience, as the reception staff seemed inexperienced, resembling teenagers on summer jobs. In contrast, my stay at the same hotel chain in Miami just a week prior was significantly better.

Liked: Staff was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The location is in a kind of rough area, which is not a big deal but it was loud and people were yelling in the hallways between midnight and 3am (on a Tuesday). The halls were old stained carpet, and the baseboards were all peeled off so the whole hallway looked kind of half destroyed. The bedroom was very bare bones which isn’t a problem, but with the whole thing made it feel pretty cheap/barely adequate. There’s a wide wide range in La Quintas…this is not one of the best.
