Liked: Hotel is just old and it has been remodeled but you can tell everything has just been painted over. Every single room door looked like it had been in a boxing match. Breakfast area was nice. Hot tub was gross

Liked: I I submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com four weeks ago regarding a room infestation that necessitated an immediate change of accommodations. My request for a full refund remains unanswered, despite the unsanitary conditions posing significant health risks to my wife (who carries an EpiPen due to severe allergies) and myself (a CPAP user). They offered a solution of insect spray and were wholly inadequate. Smoke remover spray was their solution. I require immediate action and a response from a manager. I will hold my breath. Neither the hotel nor booking.com have yet to reply.
