Probably the worst hotel stay...

Liked: I did not like anything about the breakfast room. It has the same toaster that does not work, waffle maker that does not work, no dishes, and the plugs to charge cell phones did not work. Also, the room was very dirty and I never saw anyone ever clean any of the tables.
Disliked: The hotel looks great from the outside. It is in desperate need of repairs and remodeling on the inside. Most of the things do not work, the elevator is the oldest and slowest thing I have ever seen. The van that drives to the airport broke down, the other van was in need of steering fluid before the driver could take passengers.

Liked: Breakfast counter was poorly managed & when asked Mgr. a question, very impolite answer!! Room was a disgrace along with bathroom ! The only clean spot was the bed…. Couldn’t get the hallway door closed or locked & when I did you could see thru from the hallway…. Totally unacceptable!
Disliked: See above totally unacceptable, poorly run!!!Very shocked that it was one of your hotels!!

Liked: The hotel is located near a mall type business center which was convenient.
Disliked: The hotel is dirty and dated. Our first room had a broken pull out bed which we couldn’t use. We were moved to a second room which appeared cleaner. We were told that housekeeping would clean every three days. We asked that they clean the bathroom because the toilet had a huge poop stain under the rim. They actually “cleaned “ on the 4th day but the toilet was still not clean. The paint is chipping the bathroom doors are uneven and don’t close well the room door is uneven. The maintenance staff is noisy. They start shouting in the hall at 7 am and banging things. It sounded like they were moving furniture next door to us and someone was constantly trying to open the door that separates the two rooms. The free breakfast is pretty bad: cold powdered eggs. When you talk to staff about the issues they stare blankly, do not apologize or offer to help and one woman was rude. The others were pretty friendly.
