Need improvement
Liked: The location was very good. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The hotel was very dirty in the hall way, you could see the dirt on the carpets, the TV in the room was small and the screen was damaged, there was only maid service every 3 days, there was roaches in the room, the ac unit was so loud it had to be turn off just to sleep, the phone in the room did not work to call front desk so you had to physically walk to the front desk to find out infromation or even complain. The staff are helpful how ever they seem to be working in a hostile work environment, where they want to do their best but management decisions hinder them from going above and beyond.

Ok near airport
Liked: Being near a lake was nice
Disliked: The facilities need to be updated, I could hear the neighboring hotel guests, didn’t feel like it was a very good breakfast and the hotel staff at night was very nice but the AM staff had an attitude

I would not stay here...
Liked: Water front views. Staff were nice.
Disliked: It started with transportation from the airport. First we could not get anyone on the phone. Then when we finally got through it took forever. The transportation guy was great, but ease of systems was not. It was subpar. I didn’t like that was no stairs access in the building. The building seems a little run down.

Very good
Liked: Location was great. Was expecting better breakfast. There was no coffe in night. Bus driver took more than 20 minutes to pick upbat airport had to call reception 3 times. Hotel little pricy.

Take the shuttle - take...
Liked: Convenient location to the airport and cruise terminal.
Disliked: The shuttle service is non existent. Yes they advertise a shuttle service from the airport so I confirmed with them on two different occasions that they have a shuttle service to pick up from the airport around 8:30 pm. I waited for more than an hour at the pickup point and no shuttle service appeared. I tried 3 times to contact them by phone but nobody picked up the phone. Ended up taking an Uber. When we arrived the shuttle bus was parked and I I asked if the service was running because I expected a ride. The front desk person said it was running but provided no explanation as to where it had been but offered free pop and chips in return. What a terrible way to run a business! I took an Uber the next day to the cruise terminal - on time and cheaper - $20 for 2 of us.

Disappointing
Liked: Breakfast was good. Nice view.
Disliked: First assigned us a room that was not ready; I made bed, towels on the floor. One elevator that was very slow.
