Adequate accommodation in an overpriced...

Liked: Comfortable. Clean when not a construction site.
Disliked: Noise and mess from renovations and repairs. But I understand these things happen as well.

Liked: When everything else is full in FoCo for homecoming and you don't want to spend over $1K for the weekend, this is a good option. Liked that they had a bar in the lobby Friday evening. Hotel has been updated, but still feels dated.
Disliked: Not a lot of options for food that are walkable from the hotel.

Liked: didnt have breakfast
Disliked: parking lot outside my window. Guests were VERY noisy at 6 am.
