Loved the rooms, the view...

Liked: Helpful and welcoming staff, good amount of parking.

Lack of maid service make...

Liked: The breakfast was adequate and exactly the same each day. The location was good for me because that's where I needed to be. The receptionist was friendly.
Disliked: After my room wasn't cleaned the first night, I asked the counter person if I needed to request maid service and he said "No...the rooms are cleaned daily". When the room still wasn't cleaned after the second day, and the take out containers were accumulating in our room, we saw one of the maids leaving and asked her about room cleaning. She informed us that they only clean the rooms after every THREE days. This is totally unacceptable. She did, however, offer us replacement bath towels. Additionally, there are no outdoor accommodations for smokers. No place to sit or to dispose of your butts resulting in the grounds around the entrance scattered with debris on the sidewalk and especially in the landscaped areas. The heating/cooling unit controls were not able to be seen without a flashlight due to the inadequate lighting in the sleeping area. One lamp in a corner and two very small lights, one on either side of the bed which weren't even bright enough to read by.And I can only assume that putting only two hangers in the closet was some kind of a joke. Unfortunately, we didn't see the humor in it.
